Cancellation Policy

All fitness memberships have a 6-month contract. If you cancel within your minimum term of your contract, you are required to pay the applicable cancellation fee. 

If you wish to terminate your contract within 0-3 months from joining NERVE INDUSTRIES PTY LTD, a cancellation fee of $150 will apply. If you wish to terminate this contract within 3-6 months from joining NERVE INDUSTRIES PTY LTD, a cancellation fee of $75 will apply. 

If you wish to terminate your fitness membership contract at any time, a minimum of two weeks written notice/completed cancellation form is required to terminate membership. This fee is taken from the next applicable direct debit date. 

All dance memberships are locked into a contract for the NSW School Term. You will not be able to cancel a dance membership once the applicable school term commences. Once the school term is over, you will be able to terminate your contract. 

If you wish to terminate your dance contract at any time, a minimum of two weeks written notice/completed cancellation form is required to terminate the contract. This fee is taken from the next applicable direct debit date. 

NERVE INDUSTRIES PTY LTD holds the right to terminate your membership if any of the terms and conditions are breached. If membership is terminated by breach of agreement, no refund will be given to you.
